About
Our Chapter
The Ridge & Valley Chapter of Trout Unlimited was formed in the spring of 2010 in the Warren County area. We are New Jersey’s 10th and newest chapter! We are located near the heart of some of the Garden State’s best trout fishing. By following TU’s 50-plus year track record of careful conservation and restoration efforts, we hope to ensure the Warren County, New Jersey area continues to support a superior cold-water fishery. We encourage you to come to a meeting, or attend a local conservation event. Ridge & Valley TU members are dedicated to hands-on, grassroots conservation efforts. This is not just a fishing club!
Trout Unlimited Today
Today TU is a national organization with more than 150,000 volunteers organized into about 400 chapters from Maine to Montana to Alaska. This dedicated grassroots army is matched by a respected staff of lawyers, policy experts and scientists, who work out of more than 30 offices nationwide. These conservation professionals ensure that TU is at the forefront of fisheries restoration work at the local, state and national levels.
Our Mission
To conserve, protect and restore North America’s coldwater fisheries and their watersheds.
Our Vision
By the next generation, Trout Unlimited will ensure that robust populations of native and wild coldwater fish once again thrive within their North American range, so that our children can enjoy healthy fisheries in their home waters.
